- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols - Manage resident trust account - Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective practices - Proven experience in team management and leadership - Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices - Familiarity with medical office management processes is a plus - Excellent calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings - knowledge of medicare and medicaid
